Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina at Patriots Point to be sold

The Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina is under contract, with a transfer of the waterfront property expected to close by the fall.

American Financial Group Inc., announced on March 31 that a deal is in the works for the getaway at state-owned Patriots Point.

The sale of the 4-star resort will include two full-service hotels, a 459-slip marina, a full-service restaurant, a retail store, and additional amenities. The Ohio-based owner is set to net $100 million after tax from the sale.

The mission of the Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center is to lead and coordinate a child-focused, community-wide response to prevent abuse, protect children, and heal families. Our community has a long history of advocating for children who are victims of abuse.

SUMMER SPORTS 2025 KIDS
Registration: Monday, March 24th - Monday, April 14th (Originally April 7th)

FUNdamental T-Ball/Coach Pitch:
T-Ball is for ages 4-5. Coach Pitch is for ages 6-7. Season will begin in June and continue through July. GAMES WILL BE PLAYED THE WEEK OF JULY 4TH. MPRD will supply game jersey and cap. Helmets are required for T-Ball/Coach Pitch. Cleats can be worn but not required.
