The Key to a $1.3 Trillion Opportunity
A new real estate trend called co-ownership is revolutionizing a $1.3T market. Leading it? Pacaso. Created by the founder behind a $120M prior exit, they already have $110M+ in gross profits to date. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO. And you can invest until September 18.

General News
SC’s largest single day clean-up event |

In support of the statewide efforts to tackle litter, we will be hosting a litter clean-up at our Shem Creek Park on September 20th beginning at 8:30am.
This land-based litter sweep will focus on removing trash from our marshes and keeping park's estuary ecosystem healthy. All the resources volunteers will need to participate such as litter pickers, safety vests, bags, gloves, and we also dispose of the collected litter at the end of the clean-up. Volunteers will need to bring water bottles, sunscreen, hats, and anything else needed to spend a few hours outside. Shem Creek Park facility has restrooms, seating, and shade for volunteers. If you have any questions or want to register, please email us at [email protected]

Our Mission
Coastal Community Foundation works to create communities rich in equity, opportunity, and well-being by uniting people and investing resources so that all community members have a pathway to achieve their goals.

Our Purpose
Through endowment funds, our combined resources allow us to not only address community needs today, but help us chart a course for a brighter future in the nine counties we serve along South Carolina’s coast. With our donors, we invest millions of dollars through grantmaking, impact investing and scholarships each year. Acting upon the dynamic needs of the communities we serve, with recent examples including our disaster response efforts during and after storms such as Hurricane Florence, and the creation of the Lowcountry Unity Fund in the wake of the Mother Emanuel AME Church massacre.
